Reception staff are great Helen and Fanu at the reception were really helpful at the reception. They offered great hospitality and made me comfortable. Would love to be here again when I’m around this area

The location is very convenient and the amenities are great. Our room is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with many options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hamid is very attentive.

Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed review. I am truly sorry we failed to deliver you a positive stay experience. The team works hard to offer the suite type reserved as we know that is the minimal expectation. Clearly we messed this up for you and I will try to identify your reservation to see what occurred. We typically block our Diamond and Gold members into their suites first, so it is really surprising and disappointing to read this occurred and again, I am very sorry to you. We value our Diamond member guests, but this was not conveyed. You are correct that this is not normal/typical. Due to the value adds at an Embassy Suites Hotel (breakfast/ cocktails) the Honors perk of a Food/Beverage credit does not apply to any hotel in that brand. This is not a hotel decision, but one that is company wide. Thank you again for your review and I am sorry we let you down. As always, I invite anyone reading my responses to contact me anytime.
